Polaris keeps track of the pages our users visit within Polaris, in order to monitor what Polaris sites and services are being used. This data is also used by Polaris to deliver content utilized by particular subject area. Polaris gives you access to all of your settings even when you sign in to Polaris on different computers ("roaming"). All of these settings are stored on secure Polaris servers. The sole purpose of storing the information on the server is to provide you with the convenience of having your settings available to you anywhere, even if you use multiple computers. Your settings are not used by Polaris for any purpose other than to provide you access to them.
